Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel's location was great for exploring the city during Xmas. the breakfast had excellent value for money, and the free Wi, Fi connection was very reliable. the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Sadly, our experience wasn't all positive. the pillows were uncomfortable, and there was noticeable dust in the hallways and toilets.

The hotel's location is convenient with easy access to public transportation, making it an excellent choice for travelers who want to explore the city. the room and bathrooms were clean and kept in good condition, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast was excellent with a lot of options.

The parking situation was frustrating due to the limited number of spots available on a first, come, first, serve basis, which made it difficult with cars.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. They gave us a map with the nearest parking options, and the Wi-Fi was super fast, important if you're brainstorming for work. the location was ideal, with public transportation just a few steps from the hotel.

We had a bit of a hard time sleeping because the pillows were too big and not very comfortable, but that's just personal preference. , the parking situation was a bit confusing since it was first come, first served.

Upon arriving at this hotel, I was relieved to find a warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with luxurious amenities like fluffy towels, a well-stocked snack bar, and private facilities to make me feel pampered. the hotel's prime location near public transportation and local attractions made it easy to explore the city.

My only minor issue was the lack of firm pillows, which made it difficult for me to get comfortable at night. the exceptional service and room advantages more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
